Delivery Timeframes

Most orders within major cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah) are delivered within 2-3 business days. For remote or northern emirates, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. Orders are processed swiftly and typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days, depending on the product and location. Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery dates, occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier schedules, or other unforeseen factors. Larger items or custom orders may take additional delivery time. Please contact our team to confirm the delivery timeframes for custom and larger items.

How We Deliver

All deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partners and include drop-off at your doorstep. Placement inside your home or room of choice is not included in standard delivery. Also we don’t do assembly or installation. Please contact our team in advance if you have any requirements for fixing or installation, which will incur additional charges.
