Please contact us immediately at +971 58 975 5302 if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an item has been shipped, modifications may not be possible.

Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes! We deliver inside UAE. Major cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah) receive orders within 2-3 business days.
Is delivery free?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders
Do you offer assembly or installation services?
Standard delivery includes drop-off at your doorstep only. Assembly and installation services are available for an additional fee - please contact us before ordering to arrange.
Can I schedule my delivery time?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on standard items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags intact. Custom-made items, assembled products, and sale items are non-refundable.
How do I initiate a return?
Email support@homepeck.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10-20 working days to your original payment method.
Custom Orders
Can you create custom furniture?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom mirrors, marble tables, wall art, sofas, and poufs. Contact us with your ideas and we'll guide you through the design process.
What's required for custom orders?
Custom orders require a 50% advance payment and are non-refundable. Production time varies by item - our team will provide an estimated timeline.
